Skipjack Review invites submissions of fiction, poetry, nonfiction, interviews, graphic narratives, translations, visual art, and hybrid works of whimsy. Submissions must be previously unpublished material. We encourage simultaneous submissions but ask that you kindly withdraw your work immediately if it's accepted elsewhere. We publish three issues annually: two online editions, which are free, and one print anthology. Contributors receive a $5 honorarium and are automatically considered for our annual $100 Dead Herring Prize.

Send us your visual art, hallucinations, magic, and geo-art. We publish thrice anually, including two free, digital issues, and one print anthology. Our pockets are still pretty shallow, but we pay a $5 honorarium for general art or $25 for a suite of 3 or more pieces.
